Product Introduction
The wave spring washer (GB/T 955-1987) is an elastic washer bent in a wave shape along its circumference. After tightening, the wave structure generates axial elastic reaction force, providing locking, vibration damping, and clearance compensation. The washer is usually made of spring steel, such as 65Mn or 60Si2Mn. After quenching and tempering, the hardness is generally controlled at HRC 40–50. Common surface treatments include blackening, phosphating, and zinc plating. The wave spring washer is suitable for threaded connections that require a certain anti-loosening effect without damaging the surfaces of the connected parts.
