Flat Washer, Chamfered, Grade A — Product Introduction
The flat washer, chamfered, Grade A (standard: GB/T 97.2-2002) is a flat washer used in bolted and screwed connections. Both the inner and outer edges are machined with chamfers, giving it a neat appearance and classifying it as Grade A precision (precision-made washer). These washers are typically manufactured from carbon structural steel or high-quality carbon structural steel, with stainless steel and other materials also available based on usage requirements. They are classified by hardness into two grades: 200 HV and 300 HV, suitable for general-strength and high-strength bolted connections respectively. Common surface treatments include zinc-plated passivation, oxidation (blackening), or phosphating; stainless steel washers are usually in their natural or passivated state.
