Conical Basin Washer — Product Introduction
The conical basin washer (standard: Q 416) is an elastic anti-loosening washer with a basin-shaped conical structure, typically manufactured from 65Mn spring steel and quenched and tempered to a hardness of HRC 40–48. Its shape is that of a conical basin; under bolt preload, it undergoes elastic deformation. It is primarily used for anti-loosening and compensation in critical bolted connections, with common surface finishes being oxidation (blackening) or zinc-plated passivation.
